August 24, the opening of the second stage of the modern livestock complex of Sibirskoye Moloko Company in Yagodnoye (Asinovsky district of Tomsk region) was held, this is the first farm in Siberia with milking robots.
The first stage of the complex - a farm for 400 fodder cows - was launched a year ago. Four cowsheds (including without leash farm on 402 heads) were built as a second stage. Here, Sibirskoye Moloko Agricultural Company for the first time in Siberia introduced the technology of robotic milking, the new complex is equipped with 8 robotic Lely Astronaut's milkmaids.
As part of the implementation of the investment project, Sibirskoye Moloko LLC purchased in 2018 in Dutch breeding farms 200 breeding heifers and 350 Holstein breeds. After the construction of new facilities, the breeding stock of the dairy farm reached 802 cows. In total, the farm (including the new complex) contains 2,774 head of livestock, including 1,449 cows.
The volume of state support for the project from the regional and federal budget in the first phase of the project amounted to 135.9M RUR ($ 1.99M), within the second one 77M RUR ($ 1.13M) from the regional budget. The construction of the third phase of the project (the maternity ward) is planned for 2019. The total investment in the project after the introduction of the third stage will be 1.124B RUR ($ 16.49M). The expected efficiency of the project is 9.5K tons of milk per year and 85 jobs.
The opening ceremony was held with the participation of a delegation from Omsk region (SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group, member of Omsky Biocluster), invited by the Department for Social and Economic Rural Development of Tomsk region. Omsky Biocluster together with the Tomsk partner - Agrarian Center of Tomsk region - cooperate within the framework of the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering. Center is the interregional professional platform for experts from Moscow City, Lipetsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk regions, which provides for cooperation in the provision of engineering consulting, pre-project and project services, development of human resources in the agroindustry, increasing the investment attractiveness of the agroindustry, forming a resource database, including technologies, laboratory equipment, personnel, implementation of expert activities in the agroindustry. Omsky Biocluster is one of the co-founders of the Center. The main goal of his activity is to increase the efficiency of enterprises in the agroindustry, expressed in the growth of gross revenues per ruble of invested costs.
