The specialists of the Laboratory for Quality and Safety of Animal and Plant Products, Feed and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) took part in the Interlaboratory Comparative Tests (ICT) and confirmed their competence.
The event was organized by the Ural Scientific Research Institute for Metrology. Participants had to determine the quality indicators of meat products (mass fraction of moisture, fat, protein). The Laboratory for Quality and Safety of Animal and Plant Products, Feed and Environmental Objects took the second place in the ranking of participants in comparative tests, which performed an analysis of all indicators with a satisfactory rating. Based on the results, a certificate of participation in the ICT was issued.
