Experts at the Laboratory for Quality and Safety of Animal and Plant Products, Feed and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) identified dairy products that do not comply with regulatory documentation.
In total, ten low-quality samples of dairy products were identified. Five samples of sour cream, three samples of cheese and one sample of butter and cottage cheese showed deviations from the standards for fatty acid composition.
