In May, 462 specimens were submitted to the Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Vegetable Origin, Feeds and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster) for analysis of sample quality.
A study of 387 samples is completed. 3217 tests were carried out, with the help of which three samples of inappropriate normative documentation were identified. Three samples of dairy products (two samples of butter and a sample of cheese) did not comply with the state standard for the content of milk fat, fatty acid composition and the presence of sterols.
