Russia and China have agreed on lists of companies - exporters of dairy products, Rosselkhoznadzor said. Mutual deliveries of dairy products (except for powdered milk) are possible from December 29 with companies accredited by the parties.
Trade in dairy products between China and Russia will include trade in cow milk, goat and sheep milk, as well as products from them. In particular, the countries agreed on the possibility of supplying condensed and not condensed cream, buttermilk, yogurt, kefir, whey, butter, cheese, cottage cheese and casein.
Dairy products will be supplied subject to the functioning of systems in the countries that guarantee that raw milk is produced from healthy animals and that dairy products can be traced to producers and farms. Also, countries should be effectively monitored for residues of harmful and prohibited substances.
