As of August 7, 2017, 12.1 thousand hectares of grain were threshed, 18.2 thousand tons were harvested with a yield of 15.1 centners per hectare.
Omsk agrarians are planning to thresh 2 million 142 thousand hectares of grain and leguminous crops, oilseeds 193.6 thousand hectares. Potatoes and vegetables are planned to be removed from the area of 52.6 thousand hectares. The farms of the region continue to harvest coarse and succulent fodder, work on the processing of steam fields. At present, 443 thousand hectares or 97% of the plan has been processed. Work is underway to protect crops from pests, diseases and weeds.
