The first agro-industrial park Shipelovo with an area of 300 hectares will be created in Sverdlovsk region (Beloyarsky district), the press service of the Corporation for Development of the Middle Urals informs.
The concept of the agro-park provides for the possibility of placing a greenhouse farm, a vegetable storage facility, a logistics complex, a mineral fertilizer warehouse, fertilizer and feed production enterprises, and agricultural processing enterprises.
The first residents of the park will be able to take in 2018. The project is supported by the Development Corporation of the Middle Urals (owned by regional authorities).
