Investments in grain processing in the Altai by this year will amount to 790 million rubles/$ 13.3 million (2016 - 588 million rubles/$ 9.4 million), the regional department for the food, processing and pharmaceutical industries reports.
In the first half of 2017, the total amount invested in the development of the industry exceeded the same level of the previous year by 11%. It amounted to 390 million rubles. Altai Territory is actively developing processing facilities and flour milling industry.
