April: results of product quality control

In April 2017, 172 samples were taken to the Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feed and Environment of Omsk Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster). 1335 tests were carried out, 18 cases of discrepancy of normative documentation were revealed.

 

Three samples of butter, two samples of sour cream and cottage cheese did not meet the requirements of the normative documentation for fatty acid composition. A sample of dry milk and two samples of ice cream did not meet the standards for the content of sterols. Two samples of canned vegetables did not match the quality indicators. Samples of rice cereals and oats flakes did not match organoleptic indicators and quality indicators, the flour sample did not correspond to the content of the mass fraction of raw gluten and the mass fraction of ash. The content of the active substance in the two samples of the chemical plant protection products did not correspond to what was declared on the package.
