The US agreed on the supply of beef to the PRC. Now the countries are going to resolve the issues of delivering Chinese cooked poultry to the US as soon as possible. This is reported by TASS with reference to the US Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross.
Ross noted that US-China relations could reach a new level in the near future. According to him, the supply of American beef to China should begin no later than July 16 this year. Ross said that for the first time a concrete decision on this issue was adopted and a specific date was announced, and US beef will gain access to a huge market.
China until the end of May will consider 8 more applications from US manufacturers ready to supply biotechnology products to the PRC, and after that a decision will be made as to what goods will be allowed to enter China.The unresolved issues of admission to the US markets of Chinese cooked poultry Beijing and Washington are ready to consider in the near future. The admission of these products to the US market can also be obtained by July 16.
