Dairy products and soil do not meet the standards

During the first half of May 2017, 87 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of Omsk Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster), with which 298 tests were carried out.

 

Experts of Omsk Reference Center identified ten inconsistencies in regulatory documentation. Excess of total bacterial contamination was found in four samples of raw cow's milk. Bacteria of the E. coli group are identified in curd, butter and pasteurized milk. Excess of Bacteria of the E. coli group index and enterococci index was found in soil samples.
