The use of digital technologies makes it possible to significantly optimize the work, including government agencies, said Igor Kozubenko, director of the Department for Development and Management of State Information Resources of the Agroindustrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, at a meeting in Vologda.
As an example, Igor Kozubenko spoke about the work of the Analytical Center of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia:
- The Analytical Center of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia is actively introducing advanced technologies into the development of the country's agro-industrial complex. The key tasks of our work today are to increase the competitiveness of Russian agricultural production and to ensure a steady growth in exports of domestic agro products by seeking points of cost reduction and conducting a full inventory of the industry.
According to experts, the introduction of digital technologies, both in production and at the management level, reduces the cost by 20-30%. If we are talking about the whole agricultural market, the amount of savings can be more than 1.8 trillion rubles ($ 31.29 billion).
