June 2017, 152 samples were delivered to the Laboratory for the Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feeds and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster). 990 tests were conducted, inconsistency with standards was revealed in 23 cases.
Two samples of dry milk did not meet the requirements for fatty acid composition and protein content. Seven samples of wheat did not meet organoleptic indicators, one sample did not meet the standards for contamination by pests of grain stocks. Two soil samples from 57 were contaminated with oil products, another two samples had a high content of benzapyrene. An increased content of nitrates was found in nine soil samples.
