May 4, 2017, the French authorities lowered the risk level for avian influenza from 'moderate' to 'insignificant' against the backdrop of the development of positive dynamics in the industry.
At the same time, the conditions for the implementation of measures to combat avian influenza, adopted earlier in relation to poultry farms, remain. The authorities note the continuing danger of wild birds, noting the possibility of recurrence of avian influenza at poultry farms and farms.
