Industrial Development Fund: support for the components production

Industrial Development Fund (IDF) has launched a new program 'Components', which is aimed at developing the production of components.

The program is aimed at modernizing or organizing the production of components that have no analogues in Russia or are produced in insufficient quantities. Support is provided for the production of components used in industrial products, listed in Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719 (in particular, components for machine tools or electrical equipment).

The loan amount for the 'Components' program is from 50 to 500 million rubles for a period of up to five years, with the first three years of using the loan rate to be only 1%, and then standard for IDF 5%. The grace period in the first three years is due to the need to test the components from customers and, as a consequence, the lack of incoming cash flow from sales. The total budget of the project starts from 71.5 million rubles, the co-financing of the IDF amounts to 70% of the project budget, and the borrower must pay at least 15% of the loan amount from own funds. At the same time, the loan proceeds can be spent not only on the purchase of equipment, but also on production costs and the launch of pilot lots (raw material costs, salaries, logistics).

Apply for a loan can be in electronic form. The first stage requires filling in a simple form of the project summary, which does not take much time. Express assessment for compliance with the programs of financing of IDF is carried out by the employees of IDF within five working days.
