The Center goals are to coordinate the activities of stakeholders by combining intellectual, logistical, information and other resources to improve business performance in the Russian agro-industrial complex.
The agreement provides for cooperation in the provision of engineering, consulting, pre-project and project services, development of human resources in the agro-industrial complex, increasing the investment attractiveness of the agro-industrial complex, creating a resource database, including technologies, laboratory equipment, staff, expert activities in the agro-industrial complex, and other issues. The Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering is an open structure that unites the parties on a voluntary basis.
Director of the Agrarian Center of Tomsk region Olga Shinkevich:
"In fact, cooperation between the Agrarian Center of Tomsk region and SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group existed for a long time. At the moment, there is a need to expand the scope of our capabilities - to expand the range of business communication. Therefore, on October 31, an agreement was signed to create an IInterregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering. What are our expectations in this regard? We expect that this is only a starting agreement that determines the general parameters of the work, it is expected that a large number of organizations will join it, wanting to increase their level of competence, expand cooperation, join efforts towards increasing productivity and production efficiency. At the same time, the signing of this document during the next event, where managers and specialists of organizations from Omsk, Tomsk and Novosibirsk regions gathered, showed that the actions of inter-regional cooperation among agricultural producers had caused serious interest. Right now, a structure is being formed from competent organizations interested in developing cooperation, capable of providing assistance in practical matters. The combination of Omsk, Tomsk and Novosibirsk structures - a real interregional cooperation - allows us to reach a qualitatively new level of work."
