Since the beginning of this year, agricultural producers received from RusAg JSC loans worth more than 44 billion rubles - 2 times more than in the same period last year. Loans are issued for the purpose of seasonal agricultural work. More than 17 billion rubles of this amount was financed under the new mechanism of concessional lending at a rate of no more than 5% per annum.
First half of 2017, RusAg JSC plans to provide customers with the same amount of borrowed funds for sowing in comparison with the same period of the previous year, which, according to Bank's calculations, will completely satisfy the real demand of farmers and will contribute to a high grain yield in Russia. Operational control of the activity of RusAg JSC on crediting seasonal work is carried out by a special Headquarters headed by the First Deputy Chairman of Bank's Management Board Boris Listov.
