SolPro Investments (Cyprus) intends to buy a 62% shares in Kislov's YR Investments Group. SolPro Investments, represented by the subsidiary company Indicativo Capital - acquires the remaining 38%. At the same time, according to the publication, the structure of Kislov YR Holding Limited will buy a 32.01% stake in SolPro Investments, owned by Vertex Group Ltd (registered on St. Lucia Island in the Caribbean Sea).
