Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev participated in a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation, during which amendments to the Federal Law 'On Leasing' were considered. The bill proposes to consider as a subject of leasing not only breeding animals, but also cattle of specialized meat breeds from Russia.
"The changes proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia will give an additional incentive for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the countryside, agricultural cooperatives and integration areas for the development of young cattle meat breeds, and will also expand the base of suppliers of such livestock," said Aleksander Tkachev.
