The Ministry of Agriculture proposes to expand the list of foodstuffs, whose producers can receive state support, including pasta, confectionery and sausage products. This is reported by Izvestia.
The Ministry sent inquiries to industry associations to prepare a justification for state support. After the preparation of all documents, the Ministry will begin their coordination. As Izvestia notes, this proposal is necessary for the modernization of equipment in enterprises producing food products. The Ministry of Agriculture says that the fixed assets of these industries are worn out by 48%, and machinery and equipment - by 59%. The pace of their renewal is inadequate.
