October 3, 2017, experts of Omsky Biocluster's Genetics and Breeding of Cattle Practice held a meeting with the leaders and specialists of Bolshevik Agricultural Production Cooperative (Poltavsky district of Omsk region).
Specialists of SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group (member of Omsky Biocluster) discussed with the leaders and specialists of Bolshevik the issues of improving automated pedigree accounting, using the genetic potential of different areas to improve the productive qualities of the herd of the breeding plant. The main emphasis was placed on the organizations of reproduction of the herd, noted the high level of qualification of specialists and equipment of artificial insemination stations.
Participants of the meeting discussed prospects for cooperation in various areas: breeding, reproduction and feeding. The main goal of joint work is to increase the productivity of animals and the efficiency of production in general. A plan for joint actions of enterprise specialists is outlined. It is planned to conduct an integrated assessment of the herd, and to improve the skills of the specialists of the economy. Within the framework of interregional cooperation, the parties will consider the possibilities of attracting experts from Novosibirsk enterprises to optimize animal feeding.
