Omsk flour shipped to China

Vesely Melnik Trade House LLC (member of Omsky Biocluster) shipped the first 68 tons of flour to China to the Manchurian Sino-Russian duty-free zone.

Galina Loginovskikh, representative of Vesely Melnik Trade House LLC:

"- Omsk products are known for their quality not only in the Omsk region or in Russia, but also outside the country. Our traditional consumers are residents of Western and Eastern Siberia, our flour is appreciated, above all, for the constant high quality. Chinese companies are quite actively interested in Siberian products, but the negotiation process with the PRC business is not an easy thing. The product deliveries were preceded by mutual working visits organized by the Government of Omsk region and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Omsk region (member of Omsky Biocluster). We specifically purchased small-piece equipment, packaging, taking into account the wishes of the Chinese partners. A week ago, the first 68 tons of flour were shipped to China."

Note that the logistics provider of the transaction is the Omsky Biocluster's Logistics and Foreign Economic Operations Center, created with the support of the Government of Omsk region and the Administration of Omsk to provide foreign business activities of enterprises of Omsk region and surrounding regions on the 'One-Stop-Shop' principle.

"We, as part of the Omsk delegation, took part in the XIII United Trade and Economic Forum of Mongolia, Russia and China, which was held in the Mongolian capital, Ulan Bator, in the middle of June," Galina Loginovskikh said. "The Mongolian party shows great interest in the supply of Omsk food to Mongolia, for us it is a real prospect of increasing trade turnover."
