October 28, 2016 Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov signed Order № 3835 about Omsky Biocluster.
This order is confirmed compliance Agrobiotechnological Industrial Cluster of Omsk region (Omsky Biocluster) and Omsky Biocluster Association requirements for industrial clusters and specialized organizations of industrial clusters. The Order also given instructions to the relevant structures to ensure the inclusion Omsky Biocluster and Omsky Biocluster Association in the register of industrial clusters and specialized organizations of industrial clusters in order to apply to them the measures to stimulate activity in the industry.
