The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feed and Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 845 samples in July, with which 2713 studies were conducted. As a result, 24 samples were found that did not comply with regulatory documentation.
Deviations from the standards were found in 13 samples of meat products (the mass fraction of protein in 8 samples was underestimated, the mass fraction of fat in 6 samples, the mass fraction of phosphorus in 5 samples). Raw milk and yogurt samples contained a reduced amount of protein. Two samples of fish products turned out to have a low salt content (in comparison with the declared standards). Also, experts rejected 5 wheat samples. Two samples of sunflower meal did not meet the state standard for the mass fraction of crude fat and crude protein.
