The head of 'Biotechnology in Agriculture' Cluster Biological and Medical Technology Fund Skolkovo Roman Kulikov visited Omsk at the invitation of Omsky Biocluster Association.
Roman Kulikov spoke about the opportunities of Fund Skolkovo to support promising start-ups, instruments, support for projects and methods to attract investments, the existing service infrastructure. Key role in the presentation was given to the direction of 'Biotechnology in agriculture'. Omsk startups (as part of the UMNIK competition) were presented to Roman Kulikov. Omsky Biocluster and Omsk State Agrarian University discussed further steps to develop startups.
