During the first half of September, 62 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor, with which 113 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified four cases of non-compliance of regulatory documentation.
Experts of the Omsk Reference Center (member of Omsky Biocluster) found an excess of total bacterial contamination in a sample of poultry meat. Pathogenic microorganisms - listeria are found in a sample of meat products. The excess of the E. coli group bacterial index was found in the soil sample. An increased number of similar bacteria is also fixed in the flush from the process equipment.
