The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Central State Administration for Quality Control, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC signed a protocol on phytosanitary requirements for wheat, oats and flax seeds exported from Russia.
The same protocol was signed on the buckwheat exported from Russia to China, RIA Novosti reported. The signing of the document took place within the framework of the official visit of the Russian delegation headed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev to Beijing.
