RusAg: 116 billion rubles for the development of crop production

Since early 2017, the Russian Agricultural Bank (Omsk branch is a member of Omsky Biocluster) has issued about 116 billion rubles ($ 2 billion) of loans for current and investment purposes to enterprises in the field of crop production. The volume of lending in this segment increased by 20% compared to the same period in 2016, which contributed to the growth of the technological development of the industry, the development of a fleet of agricultural machinery and equipment, the improvement of the quality of seed and the cultivation of land.

 

Short-term loans amount to about 60 billion rubles ($ 1 billion), 56 billion rubles ($ 0.963 billion) were issued for investment purposes - expansion of the machine and tractor fleet, construction of storage facilities, purchase of land for plant growing. 

 

RusAg allocates support to crop enterprises as a priority. At present, the Bank's loan portfolio in this segment exceeds 325 billion rubles ($ 5,590 billion).
