Russian Agricultural Bank (Omsk branch is a member of Omsky Biocluster) will allocate another 20 billion rubles ($ 350 million). This is evidenced by amendments to the budget for this year, submitted to the State Duma.
These measures have been taken to stabilize the Bank's work, maintain the pace of agricultural production, improve the quality of the loan portfolio, resolve bad debts for loans, including the creation of reserves, compliance with capital adequacy standards.
RusAg for the development of agricultural lending receives an infusion of capital from the state every year.
