Russian Agricultural Bank (the Omsk branch is member of Omsky Biocluster) has received the approval of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia for inclusion in the register of potential borrowers of the next applications (the agrarian's concessional lending program). The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia promptly agreed upon all applications of the Bank's customers. As a result, RusAg was able to send agrarians of soft loans for investment purposes another 110 billion rubles ($ 1.87 billion).
As of August 1, 2017, the total value of the bank investment loans at a rate of no more than 5% per annum amounted to more than 22 billion rubles ($ 370 million). Thus, more than 450 agricultural enterprises from 48 regions of Russia were able to purchase new machines and equipment, expand production areas and start implementing investment projects.
Today, RusAg acts as a key financial institution within the framework of the implementation of the new mechanism of concessional lending, providing for it the bulk of extradition.
