Russia will start supplying buckwheat and sunflower to China

Russia and China agreed on the supply of buckwheat and sunflower to the Chinese market. It was also agreed to increase the number of regions that can supply wheat. Such information was given by the head of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Oreshkin.

 

Oreshkin participates in a conference of BRICS trade ministers (Shanghai), where the 20th meeting of the Russian-Chinese subcommittee for trade and economic cooperation was held. The Chinese side was represented by the Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan.

 

"We have established a special commission with Chinese partners to review the existing barriers.On the day before, we at the commission examined the trade restrictions, agreed with the Chinese partners that the supplies of such products as buckwheat and sunflower will go more actively to the Chinese market, our suppliers will be registered", Maxim Oreshkin said.
