The Ministry of Industry and Trade has developed a program to support domestic manufacturers of machinery and equipment for the food and processing industries. It is launched for the first time and will operate until December.
Producers will be able to apply for subsidies if they give consumers a 15 percent discount on machinery and equipment made not earlier than 2016, under supply contracts that have been concluded since January 1, 2017. The production of machinery and equipment on the Russian territory must be documented.
