Personnel services of Titan Group summed up the results of work with students of universities and technical schools for 9 months of the academic year: during this period almost 300 Omsk students were practiced at enterprises.
The enterprises of Titan-Agro LLC (member of Omsky Biocluster) - Pushkinsky Feed Mill, Meat Processing Plant and Petrovsky Pig-breeding Complex - became a practice place for seven OmSAU students, for two people the company became the first place of work.
Director General of Titan-Agro LLC Oleg Grabar:
"Our divisions - Feed Mill, Pig-breeding Complex and Meat Processing Plant - have modern equipment and high sanitary security of our production facilities. Thus, we make strict requirements for trainees: we take only the best, and in the summer we will employ three pupils of our sponsored Petrovskaya secondary school to work on landscaping and cleaning."
Personnel services of Titan Group are working continuously with Omsk educational institutions, with many of them signed agreements on cooperation, including scientific and vocational guidance. Also, some employees of the enterprises of Titan Group are permanent participants of state examination commissions. Titan Group is implementing a vocational guidance project 'Pathways of the PARK': over 5 years more than 1000 students, including Omsk State Agrarian University, visited the production sites of Titan Group.
