June 15, 2017, Omsky Biocluster Association signed an agreement on the entry into Omsky Biocluster of the Logistics and Foreign Economic Operations Center (governed by EVK Group) established in the region with the support of Government of Omsk region and Omsk city administration.
Earlier, the Logistics and Foreign Economic Operations Center was presented during an visit to Omsk region by a delegation of officials and businessmen of Manchuria city (PRC). Center will be governed by EVK Group.
Evgeny Kolyagin, CEO of EVK Group:
"The need for the creation of such a center has been long overdue. Today the logistics as an industry has many features that require special competencies in both the transportation of raw materials and finished products, as well as in the accompanying mandatory elements - licenses, permits, quotas, insurance, requirements of the host country. The Сenter has one goal - production should concentrate efforts on production, and the Center will deliver products from point A to point B with the solution of all related tasks. In addition, large volumes of transportation allow us to bundle disparate goods into one group and reduce the cost of delivery of a particular product.
