Titan-Agro LLC has released experimental cattle feed

Titan-Agro LLC (Titan Group), Tselinnoe JSC (Russko-Polyansky district of Omsk region) and Agrar Production & Consulting (Austria) signed a trilateral cooperation agreement. Pushkinsky Feed Mill Titan-Agro LLC has already started with the release of four experimental brands of cattle feed.

The new product (order volume of 700 tons) is produced by Titan-Agro LLC (member of Omsky Biocluster) for livestock farms of Tselinnoye JSC. The formulation of compound feeds was developed by the specialists of the Austrian company Agrar Production & Consulting, which is also a producer of one of the main additives of this product. Tselinnoye JSC within six months will include mixed feed with this innovative additive, which has a mineral nature, in the diet of the experimental cattle group. Upon completion of the feeding program, the necessary studies will be carried out, which will make it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the new feed. In particular, the specialists of Agrar Production & Consulting and Tselinnoye JSC will analyze the achieved milk yields, conduct a blood sampling and analysis, and also check the milk for target indicators, including fat content. The first batch of mixed fodder (20 tons) was delivered to the Tselinnoye JSC farms in late August 2017. Mixed fodders supplies in the Russko-Polyanskiy district will continue until the end of 2017.

"The Pushkinsky Feed Mill's technological lines make it possible to produce mixed fodders according to the customer recipes, - commented Oleg Grabar, Director General of Titan-Agro LLC. In addition, modern equipment used at the enterprise allows achieving high homogeneity of mixed fodders, a unique laboratory performs thorough control of raw materials and finished products. That is why a regional agricultural producer and a foreign company chose our company as a partner."

The technological equipment of the laboratory was supplied by Bühler (Swiss). The Titan-Agro laboratory is equipped with more than 100 units of unique equipment, which allows controlling the quality of products and raw materials (grain, protein, mineral premixes, feed additives, oils, etc.) at all production stages (atomic absorption spectrometer 'NovAA 400 P', Germany, multifunction infrared analyzer 'DiodeArray 7200', Sweden, liquid and gas chromatographs, USA, other equipment).
