Kubota continues field trials of a prototype autonomous tractor with a capacity of 60 hp.
The tractor-drone is the latest product in the Kubota Farm Pilot series, which already includes a GPS guide, field mapping and data recording technology. Kubota states that it is doing everything possible to quickly develop and implement a line of autonomous agricultural machines, and is already conducting field trials of several rice-growing machines, including an eight-row seeder and a 100 hp combine harvester.
