November 28, 2016 Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed Decree No. 2524-p approving a list of products for state support to organizations engaged in primary and industrial processing of agricultural products. This document will provide state support in the sphere of agriculture lending will increase the availability of credit resources for organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in primary and (or) followed by (industrial) processing agricultural products.
The list, in particular, included: meat and poultry, meat food products; processed and preserved fruit and vegetables; animal and vegetable oils and fats; milk and milk products; products of flour-and-cereals production, starches and starch products; bakery and pastry; other food products; prepared feeds for farm animals; beverages; coloring matter of vegetable or animal origin, amine compounds, glycerin, essential oils, edible gelatin; lysine, glutamic acid and their salts.
The list contains the name of the product and its code according to the National Classification of products by Economic Activities OK 034-2014 (OKPD2). Specific directions and volumes of state support to producers included in the list of products will be defined in the framework of the State program of agricultural development and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013-2020.
