Veterinarians reported on the June results

June 2017, 114 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of Omsk Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor, with which 379 tests were carried out. As a result of the research, specialists identified 23 cases of non-compliance of normative documentation.

 

Specialists of Omsk Reference Center (member of Omsky Biocluster) found an excess of total bacterial contamination in two samples of beef meat. The sample of butter did not meet the standards for the number of bacteria of the E. coli group, bacterial contamination, yeast and mold. Surveys of soil samples also revealed violations. Excess of the enterococci index was found in ten soil samples, an excess of the bacterial index of the E. coli group was found in six samples. Two soil samples contained eggs of pathogenic geogelminthes.
