In September, 157 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster), with which 363 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified eight inconsistencies in regulatory documentation.
Excess of total bacterial contamination is found in poultry meat. Pathogenic microorganisms (listeria) are found in meat products. The excess of somatic cells was found in a sample of raw cow's milk. A high concentration of somatic cells is a sign of impaired milk secretion or an animal disease. Bacteria of the E. coli group were detected in the flushing sample from the process equipment, and their content was exceeded in four soil samples.
