Virtually all samples meet the standards

March 1-19, 2017, 103 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of Omsk Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor, 256 tests were conducted. The specialists identified 7 cases of non-compliance of normative documents.

 

Experts of the laboratory found an excess of total bacterial contamination in samples of poultry meat and beef. The presence of E. coli bacteria was detected in a sample of salted salmon roe. Pathogenic microorganisms of the genus Salmonella were found in pork chilled minced meat. Two samples of washings from the process equipment showed the presence of E. coli bacteria. One sample of the air in the production premises did not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation (excess mold).
