September 28, 2017 Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev at a meeting of the Government of Russia presented the draft of the decree prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture according to which the order of distribution of subsidies between regions for 2017 on compensation of a part of direct incurred expenses for creation and modernization of agro objects is approved.
As a result, the total amount of support in six areas this year from the federal budget, taking into account the adjustment of the federal budget for 2017, will amount to 12.9 billion rubles ($ 222.35 million), including:
- greenhouse complexes - 6.55 billion rubles ($ 112.9 million);
- dairy farms - 3.83 billion rubles ($ 66.02 million);
- storage of fruits - 316 million rubles ($ 5.45 million);
- storage of potatoes and vegetables - 580 million rubles ($ 10 million);
- breeding-genetic and selection-seed-growing centers - 724 million rubles ($ 12.48 million);
- logistic centers - 604 million rubles ($ 10.41 million).
