Negotiations are stopped in connection with the changed market conditions, according to a press release of Solar Products Holding.
Yug Rusi Group and Solar Products Holding were negotiating the possible establishment of a joint company to increase production and logistics efficiency. At the same time, we inform that further negotiations between Yug Rusi Group and Solar Products Holding about the establishment of the united company have been stopped in connection with the changed market conditions," the press release says.
As previously reported, the merger talks began in February 2017.
