A National System of Export Compliance based on the principle of voluntary certification may appear in Russia. Such a tool will allow Russian exporters to reduce the sanction risks in the supply of their goods to the EU countries. The initiative was announced by Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia. 
According to the results of the All-Russian Competition of the '100 Best Goods of Russia' Program, Omsk Experimental Plant FSUE (member of Omsky Biocluster) became the winner of the competition for the development and manufacture of the modular type sowing complex Sower 3.6M.

As a result, experts identified eleven cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents. 
Chinese scientists have found that common wheat bran can be useful for separating crude oil from water. Researchers were able to turn them into a kind of sponge, which separates oil from water and prevents damage to ecosystems. Research results were recently published in the Materials Chemistry Frontiers journal.

November 30, the final selection of the projects of the UMNIK-2018 Program in Omsk region took place. 33 young researchers aged from 18 to 30 years competed for a grant in the amount of 500,000 RUR ($ 7515) on the implementation of an innovative project. Omsky Biocluster acted as a co-organizer of the event. 
November 27-28, Omsky Biocluster CEO Dmitry Romanenko took part in the III International Specialized Forum 'AGRO.PRO-2018'. The core topic of the forum was the issues of pig breeding, genetics, feed and veterinary medicine.
