Announcement of XXV agroindustrial forum of Siberia

November 15-17 Krasnoyarsk will host the XXV Anniversary Agriculture Forum of Siberia. One of the largest events in the agro-industrial sector of the Siberian Federal District annually unites on its site enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, farms, an agricultural machinery exhibition, equipment for plant growing and livestock.

Support for the dairy industry may stop in five years

The state can stop supporting the dairy industry in five years, Russian Agriculture Minister Alexander Tkachev made a statement at the International Agro-Industrial Dairy Forum, agro.ru reported.

Omsky Biocluster on AgroSib 2017

November 8 - 10, 2017, Novosibirsk hosted the 2nd Novosibirsk Agro-Food Forum and the International Exhibition of Agricultural Machinery, Equipment and Materials for the Production and Processing of Agricultural Products AgroSib 2017. REC proposes to subsidize railway transportations in covered wagons and cisterns

The Russian Export Center (REC) proposed to expand the compensation program to 50% of the exporters' costs for transportation of agricultural products by land transport. The REC proposes to extend subsidies for transport not only in containers, but also in covered wagons and tanks (transportation of groceries and oils).

Mexico and Russia continue to work to organize the supply of up to 300 thousand tons of beef to the Russian market, reports the Ministry of Agriculture of Mexico.

Feed amino acids will be supplied only if there are licenses

The government prepared a draft resolution, according to which lysine (an essential fodder amino acid in the meat industry) is supposed to be imported into the Russian Federation only if there are licenses. To date, Russia is directly dependent on lysine imports by more than 40%.
