November 2, 2016 Omsky Biocluster leadership held a presentation of the cluster in Omsk branch of Moscow State University of Technologies and Management. The meeting was attended by heads and teaching staff of higher educational institutions. 
October 26 - 28, 2016 the largest exhibition of agricultural machinery CIAME-2016 (China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition) was held in Wuhan (Hubei Province, China). 
October 28, 2016 Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov signed Order № 3835 about Omsky Biocluster. 
October 27, 2016, Extraordinary Conference of Omsk Chamber of Commerce (CCI) at the Regional Expocentre held. Members of Omsk CCI Conference are delegates elected at meetings of enterprises and organizations.
In a month in Omsk State Agrarian University held the regional competition of innovative ideas. More than a hundred students and graduate students of different higher educational institutions of Omsk region presented their developments.
