The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation proposed to make the supply of equipment on lease the main tool of state support for agricultural producers and expand this tool. New leasing conditions will be launched no later than 2020. 
Wimm-Bill-Dann, owned by PepsiCo, by 2023 will direct about RUR 7 billion ($ 106.81 million) to the development of production in Moscow.
