November 22-24 the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering (Omsky Biocluster is the co-founder of the Center) held a training seminar for specialists in the cattle herds reproduction. The event was held at the Omsk production site of SIBAGROСOMPLEX Group (member of Omsky Biocluster).

Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev signed an order to build by 2020 new grain terminals in the ports of the Far East, in the Azov-Black Sea and Baltic basins with a total capacity of about 44-54 million tons. 
The Russian authorities plan to create a stock exchange grain register on the basis of the Moscow Stock Exchange, which will solve a set of tasks to increase the transparency of the grain market and reduce tax risks. This issue was discussed during the meeting of the Working Group on Grain under the Expert Council for the Agroindustrial Complex of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation. 
Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev approved the program for the poultry products exports growth. According to the program, the volume of products sent abroad (including finished and canned) by 2020 should be 370 thousand tons, which is more than three times the figure for 2016 (121.4 thousand tons). In monetary terms, the value of exports of poultry meat in 2020 should be 25.4 billion rubles ($ 430.46 million), in 2016 it was equal to 8.7 billion rubles ($ 147.44 million).

November 20, the All-Russian Public Organization 'Business Russia', the Russian Export Center, the Russian Information Agency TASS and the Strategic Initiatives Agency held a closed presentation of the International Export-Import Club in Moscow. After the presentation of the project, a solemn ceremony of signing a memorandum of cooperation was held. 
United Grain Company JSC (UGC) started accrediting agricultural producers and linear granaries in Novosibirsk and Omsk regions, from which it is planned to purchase surplus wheat of the fourth grade of the harvest this year.
