The grand opening of the sixtieth agroclass of the Omsk State Agrarian University (Omsky Biocluster member) on the basis of the Sherbakul Lyceum (Sherbakul municipal district of the Omsk region) took place on November 22.

According to the Center for Confectionery Market Research together with Rosstat, the average consumption of confectionery products in Russia decreased by 1.6%. A decrease in demand was observed in the category of cakes, pastries and other flour short-term storage, as well as in sugary (caramel, marshmallow, pastille, etc.) and in the chocolate group. 
In October 2019, Russia exported about 99,000 tons of oilseed flax, which is two times higher than the September figure and is the maximum monthly volume since November 2016.
