From 2008 to 2018, rapeseed acreage in Russia more than doubled from 679,800 ha to 1,576,300 ha. The average gross yield of rapeseed in Russia for ten years amounted to 1.1 million tons, with an average yield of 11.7 centners per hectare, AgroVestnik reports. 
The project of a large wheat processing plant in Serdobsk, Penza region, will be ready by September. It is planned that the building area of the plant will be about 150,000 square meters.
