Production of frozen bakery semi-finished products in Russia is growing

In 2017, the production of frozen bakery products in Russia increased by 17%, compared to 2016, and amounted to 25.5 thousand tons, said Evgeny Akhpashev, director of the Department of Food and Processing Industry of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, referring to Rosstat.

Changes in the import of agro products to the territory of Russia

Veterinarians found 11 violations in February

From 1 to 20 February, 70 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor, with which 300 tests were conducted. As a result, specialists identified eleven inconsistencies in regulatory documentation.
